We are not responsible for customs duties and import taxes, fees, which may be charged on international orders.

Orders placed with us outside the European Union may be subject to import tax, fees, duties, etc. Please note that this is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Buyers (outside the EU) are responsible for any customs and import taxes & duties that may apply. AETHLION PC is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any change in tariff and tariff policies.

If the order is placed outside the EU, but the delivery takes place within the EU, there are no duties and import taxes. 

Also, if the product is delivered to Greece, to a citizen of a non-EU country and purchased by a citizen of a non-EU country, it is considered a Tax Free product

PRICING

Our company reserves the right to change prices without notice. In this case, the products are priced based on the price they had when you placed the order.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD

The prices (in EURO, €) shown next to each product include the corresponding VAT (0-24%). These prices refer to the quantities available in our laboratories/showrooms, while aethlion.gr (AETHLION PC) reserves the right to adjust the prices.

In any case, although we make every effort to accurately indicate the data, characteristics and prices of the products we list in our online store, we cannot exclude the possibility of typographical or technical errors in the prices and characteristics of products. AETHLION PC is not bound and is not responsible for any errors in prices and/or characteristics of the products and cannot guarantee that there will be no errors from any reason during the introduction and/or update of the price and/or characteristics of a product. There is a possibility that a mistake has been made when updating the price of the product and that it has an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value. In good faith and for your own protection, please contact us before ordering this product.

ORDERS

You can order products in the following ways:

• Order after registering as a user - member of our website. In this way you will have the advantages of tracking your order, searching for order history, managing favorite products, etc.
• Complete your order without registering. In this case, we will know you as a customer, but you will not have the facilities that members of our online store have.
• Do it by phone or email.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT & ORDER

It is not necessary to create a personal account to order in our online store.

Once you have gone to the Cart, in step 1 select "Complete as a guest" to make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are given the opportunity to save personal information and shipping addresses so that you do not have to write them in each of your orders. You will also be able to use the Wishlist.

If you are a registered customer, to see the status of your order, please visit the "My Orders" page from the "Account" menu at the bottom of the page. From there, select your current order to see its progress.

Whether you are registered or not, you will receive an informative email whenever the status of your order changes.

WISHLIST

A Wish List is a service that allows you to add products that you intend to buy in the future or give as a gift. The products on the Wish List can be transferred to the Shopping Cart whenever you want. To add a product to your Wish List, tap "Add to Wish List" with the heart symbol. Until the Wish List is activated, you can use the Shopping Cart by zeroing the quantity of vessels that you will not order.

Please allow up to 28 working days for products that are out of stock. Depending on availability, there is a relevant indication on the identity of each product. No stock is created for PREMIUM, EXCLUSIVE and COSTUMISED products.

CASH ON DELIVERY

It is possible to pay for your order with cash on delivery at your place, for products delivered in Attica, through courier or partners. You can pay the entire amount of your order to the courier company that will deliver the corresponding parcel to you.  Service cost 2.00-5.00€.

For orders that have cash on delivery as their chosen payment method, there is a possibility of prior telephone confirmation.

PICK UP FROM A CONTACT POINT.

There is the possibility of picking up from 2 Contact (Genius) Points (one about 150 meters from the Acropolis Museum and one 200 meters from the National Archaeological Museum).

SHIPPING COSTS

For light products (up to 0.5 kg) the following shipping costs apply:

• For orders with shipping to Greece the shipping costs are 5€.
• For orders with shipping to  the EU Shipping costs are 10€.
• For orders with shipping outside Greece and the EU. Shipping costs are 15€.

Many of our products have a lot of weight and their shipping cost varies. You can see the cost if you add the product to the cart and:

We respond to the needs of our customers by offering them works of art (based on exhibits from museums and collections, publicly available or shaped based on styles of ancient Greek vase painting). For over 35 years, our artists have been creating works of art for the best stores in Greece and abroad, for Galleries and Museum Stores. Many architects and decorators use our artwork to decorate luxury homes, businesses, and hotels.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTIES

All our products are handmade and are works of art.

The Company does not have a warranty policy. It is not responsible for damage from normal wear and tear, misuse or destruction when the packaging is removed. From the experience of our artists, you mention that even after 50 years, the corresponding products are preserved unchanged, as long as their preservation conditions are good (e.g. no direct exposure to sunlight, no moisture).

ARTISTS RETAIN ALL COPYRIGHT

All artworks are protected by copyright and may not be used or reproduced without the written permission of the artists, or our company. Please contact us if you have any questions (art@aethlion.gr). 

REPAIR

In case a product needs repair, the customer can contact our company by email by sending at least a few photos (art@aethlion.gr). If the repair is possible, we will inform him about the cost and other procedures. In any case, you will be informed about the times and transportation costs.

We can undertake the repair of other similar products, artistic vases. Silkscreens, Copperplate engravings or creations not based on archaic vases, are not artistic vases and cannot be repaired. 

COLORS AND PROPERTIES OF OBJECTS

The color schemes of the products may differ slightly due to screen resolution, product photography, etc. Due to the handmade production, each piece is unique, and the items cannot be identical to the photos. Therefore, small differences between the one in the photo and the one taken should be expected. There are also differences with ancient museum exhibits, even if they are created in the exact dimensions. The vases are handmade pottery products and their dimensions may differ by +/- 3 cm (for 40 cm vases), compared to the stated dimensions.

USE OF THE PRODUCTS

All products are exclusively for DECORATIVE USE. Even the products of the PREMIUM category, created with the ancient methodology, cannot be guaranteed to be used safely, as food containers.

SERVICES

The artistic services offered by collaborating artists, indicatively, the creation of a vase based on legal photographs, which is legally owned by the client, the creation of a vase in performances or dimensions, other than those offered, repairs, etc., are of a high level among the best offered.

AVAILABILITY

 For all products contained on the aethlion.gr website (AETHLION PC, AETHLION PC), there are clear indications for their availability. This way you will be able to easily find out before placing your order which of our products are available and immediately deliverable. Even for products that are not immediately available, you can send us your order and we will contact you by e-mail or phone, as soon as possible, in order to inform you about the possible time of receipt and delivery of the product to you. If you are not satisfied with the delivery times, you always have the right to cancel the order of the product in question.

In any case, it must be made clear that the delivery time of your order also depends on the availability of the products.

FORCE MAJEURE

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time, we will inform you by e-mail.

WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal of EU citizens, or in the European internal market.

As long as you are a natural person acting as a consumer (and only), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you acquired or a third party of the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter to be sent by email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all monies we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the date on which we become aware of your decision to withdraw from this contract and the Receipt of the products in excellent condition. We will execute the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund.

We have the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods back and checked that they are in perfect condition. or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back in perfect condition, whichever comes first. 

You must return the goods or hand them over to us or to [insert name and geographical address, if any, of the person you have authorized to receive the goods], without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the date on which you notify us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will be responsible for the immediate cost of returning the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In order for a return to be accepted, the product you send for receipt from our Company must be in the condition it was received, have its original packaging which must be intact, without damage and tears, the product must not have been used, be complete and carry with it all the documents that accompanied the product. In the event that the product is accompanied by a gift, this gift must also be returned, also in the condition received.

In case the product is not accompanied by its original tax documents, our Company cannot identify the product with a specific order from our eshop and will not be able to accept the return.

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following cases:

• where the products have been used. The participation of our products in any photography or decoration is use. 
• in cases where the products have been manufactured according to the specifications set by you as the buyer or according to your personal requirements and personal personalisations or which by their nature cannot be returned by shipment
• on products with a discount or special offer (e.g. free shipping)

DEPRECIATION

PRODUCTS WITH ACTUAL DEFECT OR LACK OF AGREED QUALITY

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

We make every reasonable effort to deliver to you the product you ordered which will have the agreed properties as stated in the manufacturer's description and without actual defects in accordance with Article 534 of the Civil Code. However, in the rare event that you receive a product with defects or if any other problem arises (except in the case of withdrawal, see above if you are an EU consumer),  We invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving it  at ++30 6976442097  or send an email to info@ aethlion.gr  (including photos) in order to discuss this issue. If it is indeed a defective product or a product that lacks the agreed properties and if you inform us within 48 hours, then in this case you will We agree on how this can be corrected or possibly replaced by another.

PRODUCT CHANGE

In case there is no defect or lack of agreed quality in the product you received, you simply wish to change it and replace it with another product of equal, lower or higher value, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving it  at ++30 6976442097 or send an email to info@ aethlion.gr  (including photos) in order to consult on this issue and replace it with another product of your preference. The costs of returning the product to the Company are borne by you and the return conditions described above in the chapter WITHDRAWAL apply in order for us to accept to receive it. In case you choose a product of lower value, our Company can credit the difference in value and use the credit card on your next purchase.

CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned and replaced.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Necessary conditions for your application to be accepted are for each product to be returned to:

1. It is in its original excellent condition, intact and unused, inside its packaging.
2. It has been received, audited and approved by the company.
3. It must be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.
4. It is not already changed.

If the value of the new order is lower than the value of the original order, the company will not refund you the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer's name for future purchases.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS and EU NON-INDIVIDUALS

Returns and Cancellations are accepted in case - error or omission on our part - of a damaged or broken item during transport and in no case that the buyer does not indicatively agree with the dimensions, colors or materials of the item, or the visual representation.

Non-EU customers and EU NON-INDIVIDUALS can request the replacement of the product with another product of the company. In this case, you are responsible for:

• The costs of transporting the products.
• Insurance costs.
• Customs clearance costs for countries outside the European Union.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped with Hellenic Post, Greek private courier companies, and in special cases (extra charge) with UPS and DHL. Also, orders worth up to €100 can be delivered to the BOXNow network.

All orders are shipped within the next 1-3 business days from the date of their confirmation, as long as they are immediately available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays in Greece.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave a note with the company's contact details so that you can arrange how it will best serve you.

ORDERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION 

For orders from countries outside the European Union, the customs clearance of the products in the country of delivery is an additional cost and is borne by the recipient. The charge is calculated differently for each country, according to the taxes applied to its customs. Our customer service department will fully inform you via email of the possible costs that will be incurred by your order.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure that it is recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be cancelled and returned.

 AETHLION PC bears no responsibility if the customer gives the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

DELIVERY

For shipments to Attica, delivery is usually made on the next working day. In the rest of the areas they are delivered in 2-5 working days.
For Overseas Shipments

For shipments to countries within Europe, delivery is usually made in 5-15 business days, as well as for shipments outside Europe delivery is usually made in 10-25 business days. 

We provide simple shipping with HELLENIC POST with trucking number Monday to Friday.

The shipment is shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE import duties, taxes and charges for purchases outside the EU are not included in the price of the item and are the responsibility of the buyer.  The corresponding customs clearance times are not the subject of determining the timing of the shipment. For this reason, contact the customs office of your country to determine what the additional costs will be and the time required before purchasing the product.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of STRIPE and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
